Join us for a cup of coffee, networking, and brainstorming. This monthly meeting is at 7:30AM on the first Friday of the month at Woodstock Cafe in Woodstock. One business each month will share a problatunity (problem opportunity) and the group will brainstorm potential solutions. You may have the same question as the business presenting AND chances are you will also take away a great idea you can use!

The financial management training will introduce record-keeping techniques to help small business owners uncomplicate their lives. Topics covered will include financial statements and business terminology; cash flow management tips; and how to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. A successful business rests on sound record-keeping practices and solid cash flow. Without good records it is impossible to determine the financial condition or profitability of a business.
